BUYER REPRESENTATION AS A BUYER'S AGENT has been my "niche’ since 1990. Since then, I have earned four "designations" specific to this specialty area, meanwhile perfecting specific skills gained in 15+ years of practical experience. No other real estate agent in Central Indiana has this much training or experience as a buyer's agent.

AGENCY is the principle which governs my business conduct. The Common Law of Agency specifies that an agent owes the client the "fiduciary duties of loyalty, obedience, disclosure, confidentiality, and accounting." My code of conduct can be stated more simply: Acting as their buyers agent, I always place my home buyer clients' real estate interests above those of all others...including my own!

NEGOTIATING is what many of my clients think I do the best; its definitely what I enjoy the most. My clients’ confidence that they have purchased the home or real estate of their choice on the best terms and at the best price possible is a source of great satisfaction to me. I really enjoy my job!

RELOCATION is inherently stressful, whether the destination is around the corner or across the country. I reduce stress by offering detailed information, providing answers to questions/concerns, and by managing any problems that can't be avoided. As a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), I work very hard to avoid and minimize sources of client stress throughout the entire relocation process.
